Aj Legacy Nails was birthed from the dream of African Beauty College. This is inspired by the need to promote growth within skills development, foster technician welfare and encourage technicians to pursue their dreams of becoming business owners.


AJ is a Self-Taught nail technician who paid his dues and mastered his craft to become a Master Educator in an American nail company in South Africa. He considers himself a revolutionary in the quest to change the narrative within the African Beauty industry.

TRAINING  CENTER  RULES & REGULATIONS 

Become a certified AJ Legacy Nails Technician by completing an ALN Training course.   

 

You will have skilled Educators to train you to be competitive internationally. 

​

Beginner Course 

This is where it all starts. You don't only learn how to build a set of nails, but you are prepared mentally to understand what the journey is and where it leads you.


Advance Course 

The advanced course is a continuation of getting better in the skill set both practical and theoretical. You will learn how to build a complex set of nails, with advanced techniques.


Spa Manicure / Pedicure 

As a Nail Technician, there is a need for you to include an aspect of hospitality. The Spa Mani / Pedi is designed to teach you how to improve client satisfaction with holistic hand and foot treatments. 


Business Management 

Lastly, there is an urgency to understand the business world. This course is to groom you and ideally develop your interest in establishing a successful business, and managing your resources; both Time and Finances

  • Training starts at 8:30 a.m. Please be on time, you may be sent back when late.

​

  • The dress code is Smart-Casual, all BLACK, presentable with hair neatly tied back.

​

  • You are responsible for providing models for all practical sessions. 

    • Models are not to bring a plus one and no children or pets are allowed.

    • Soak off for Models is prohibited in the training center.

    • Models with damaged nails, fungus infections, or nail disorders may not be allowed in the center since it might be contagious. You will be liable to replace all tools used on that infected model.
